Our classes are effective and open for everyone regardless of age and sex. During classes we put
great emphasis on proper warm up and stretching. In order to reach maximum effect on developing
speed and dinamics you’ll use small weights this way the joints are also protected and injuries are
avoided. The aim is prevention and to improve health. For those with joint problems attending our
classes is highly recommended. Intensity and excercises are personalized in every class and training.
We’ll constantly expand your limits and you’ll do excercises out of your comfort zone but one thing is
guaranteed: at the end of the class you’ll reach maximum improvement and feel yourself out of this
